I started this blog a while back with no particular intention in mind. Starting this September 2009, I am going to embark on my own adventure in weight loss! It sounds a bit odd how weight loss can be an adventure and I certainly have not thought about it that way but there has been a shift in the way I think so here I am ready to go on this journey!
